2. Booking and Payment

  • A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required upon booking.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may be subject to a fee.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Hotel Policies

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
  • Pets are only allowed in designated rooms and must be supervised at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

5. Liability

TK Royal Suites is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
